Diaphragm seat valves and multi-way valve block systems. Depending on the application, seat diaphragm technology provides other, sometimes significantly broader, dosing valve applications compared to hose pinch valves and conventional diaphragm valves. For example, when overlapping, the solid PTFE diaphragm is pressed linearly against the seat, while having a minimal contact area with the valve body. Along with classical control in the opening/closing mode, iComLine series products also allow for control with parabolic or linear characteristics. The calculation and manufacture of the corresponding control cones are carried out according to customer specifications. Check valves and sensors, such as pressure and temperature sensors, can also be integrated into the multi-way valve block, as well as threaded connections for filter housings.
